Free Returns & Exchanges Within 30 Days

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gartist purchase.

Most products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • All parts and hardware are included


How to Start a Return or Exchange (Within 30 Days)

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Your email or shipping ZIP code

Important notes:

  • If your order arrived in multiple boxes, each item must be returned separately.

  • If returning or exchanging multiple garden beds, each bed must be processed as a separate return.

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether it has been approved.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds include the product cost only, excluding any shipping fees paid

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval


Exchanges

If you requested an exchange:

  • A replacement order will be processed after we receive and inspect your return

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once the replacement ships


Returns After 30 Days

We do accept returns after 30 days from delivery, with the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost

To start a return after 30 days:

  • Contact our support team

  • Use the subject line: [Order # Return]

  • Specify which items you would like to return

We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.


Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during special promotions or sales events may not fall under our standard return policy.

If you’d like to request a return for a promotional purchase, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.


Discontinued Items

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for discontinued items once they are past the 30-day return window.
All discontinued items are considered final sale.


Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing parts or hardware
